Instructions of Final Version Submission

The final paper and the signed copyright form are due on May 26th, 2016. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

 Final Paper Preparation

All paper submissions should be one column. Each submission can have 10 pages. Up to 4 overlength pages (14 pages in total) are allowed, with $50 per overlength page. Please follow strictly the author instructions of Springer-LNCS when preparing the final version.

Note that wrong format of the paper or delay to submit the camera ready version will result in excluding your paper from the proceeding.

For your convenience, we have summarized in the Author Guidelines document how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using predefined styles, etc. Please download LNCS Author Instructions pdf (version of 26-FEB-2015).

For more format information, please refer to: http://www.springer.com

Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

 Copyright

Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form, a so-called 'Consent to Publish' form. Modified forms are NOT acceptable. Please upload a signed (digital signature is not accepted) and completed copyright form with your final paper. The Springer-LNCS copyright form for BigCom 2016 can be found at

(the link for Copyright form in PDF download)

It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the signed form into PDF or any other standard image format.
